Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Each deck is handled with care and intention. During peak times or special releases, processing may take slightly longer — you’ll be notified if delays occur.
Shipping Time:
After processing, you’ll receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation. Delivery typically takes:

Shipping Providers:
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or trusted international couriers. You’ll receive tracking info once your order is on the way.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:
Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, Tarot Reign is not responsible for delivery delays or loss. If your tracking says "delivered" and you have not received your order, please contact your local post office first. Then reach out to us, and we’ll do what we can to assist.
Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final.
Due to the spiritual and artistic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Orders:

Digital Products:
All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you experience download issues, we’re happy to help — just reach out.
Custom Work or Pre-Orders:
Custom, limited-run, or pre-order items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.
